Ad Operations Manager Responsibilities
The Ad Operations Manager will be responsible for the technical execution and quality assurance of campaigns across multiple paid media channels.
- Traffic programmatic and Direct I/O creatives in Campaign Manager 360, including standard, HTML5 and third-party served creatives.

- Work with the Programmatic Activation team on missing assets, campaign pacing and launch readiness.
- Support Paid Social and Paid Search teams with conversion tracking, pixel implementation, UTM consistency and campaign QA.
- Coordinate with Client Service to ensure campaign assets are delivered to the required parties on time.
- Manage intake, tracking and documentation of trafficking and tagging requests.
- Contribute to campaign performance reporting and identify delivery, tracking and data-quality issues.
- Document and improve Ad Operations processes and QA checklists as the team and client scope grow.
